Delivery and Returns

Damaged Items

Should any items or their packaging be visibly damaged on arrival, you must note this on the courier's delivery note accordingly. You must also notify us of the damage within 5 working days.

Any damaged items must be returned to us in their original packaging, and should be complete with all accessories and documentation.

On receipt of a returned item we will either (a) issue a replacement, or (b) issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. We will also reimburse reasonable carriage costs incurred to return the item.

Faulty Items

Should any item be found to be faulty on arrival, you must notify us of the fault within 28 calendar days.

All faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging, and should be complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once the fault haa been we have verified will either(a) issue a replacement, or (b) issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. We will also reimburse reasonable carriage costs incurred to return the item.

Pleas note that we test returned items. Should we find that a returned item is not actually faulty, the item will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return carriage.

Warranties

Should an item develop a fault more than 28 calendar days after receipt, then so long as your item is within the respective manufacturer's warranty period, you will be entitled to a repair under that warranty.

Please note that all warranty repairs more then 28 days after receipt of the goods should be referred directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations on 13th June 2014, you are entitled to change your mind about the majority of items you purchase.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of goods dispatched at different times, the 14 days runs form when you receive the last item of the batch.

You will receive a refund of the cost of the goods within 14 days of either (a) the returned items arriving at our warehouse, or (b) you providing evidence of having returned the goods, e.g. a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office, whichever is the sooner.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods returned has been reduced as a result of the you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

We will also refund the delivery cost charged to your order.

Exceptions

There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not give the right to cancel. These include software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, and goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

How to Return Items

In all cases, when planning to return any item to us you must contact us before returning the item to arrange the return of your item to us.
